As per all things Ratte this is a pristine Jurassic expression of both site and vintage. Generous from the warmth of 2023 but still with plenty of the verve we like. Off the bat, this is full of flint and minerals before revealing a core of ripe, orchard fruit. Textured and tantalising. ABV: 14%
